Kelly Osbourne is opening up about her health journey more than a year after the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne.
The reality star revealed she’s gained nearly 30 pounds since her shocking appearance at the 2026 BRIT Awards in February.
How did it get so far?
“I didn’t know that I looked like that until I saw the pictures,” she told the U.K. Sun of the weight loss.
“When I saw them, I couldn’t f***ing believe it,” she admitted. “I was as shocked as everyone else.”
She insisted it “wasn’t an eating disorder,” adding, “I just couldn’t do anything for myself. Eating made me feel like I wanted to throw up.”

‘The worst year’
Ozzy died on July 22, 2025, and then months later, she and fiancé Sid Wilson went their separate ways.
Understandably, Osbourne, 41, called the past year “the worst year” of her life.
“In so many ways, I can’t even explain to you,” she told the outlet. “But it’s also been really beautiful because I’ve learned that my grief is an honour, as I truly love someone that much.”

She still talks to Ozzy
The former star of The Osbournes revealed she would visit her father’s grave and ask him for help.
“I know this sounds woo-woo, but I do candle magic a lot,” she said. “My dad told me he would send me messages. It felt like everything inside me was dead, and I didn’t want my son to see me like this.”
Osbourne shares Sidney, 3, with Wilson.
“I went to my dad’s grave with a white candle and I wrote a wish on it saying, ‘Please help me,’” she detailed. “The next day, my mom showed up in a black Mercedes with a man in a mustard-coloured jacket.”
Osbourne said she thought mom Sharon Osbourne was sending her to rehab but, instead, brought therapist and life coach Chris Miller to her door, whom she credits with saving her life and changing her “in so many ways I never thought possible.”
Sadly, Kelly’s used to negative comments
Given her past public health struggles, Osbourne told the outlet that she expects people to be mean to her.
“Most people aren’t kind,” she said. “I was just asking for a little bit of understanding, because there’s a lot more to the story than meets the eye.”
The ex-Dancing With the Stars contestant continued: “I’m not a kid anymore. I’m 42 this month, and I keep getting treated like a 16-year-old, which I find baffling.
She added: “No one knows what people are dealing with in private. I was just sad. I don’t wish that pain on anyone ever. And to do that in front of everyone just sucked.”
No plastic surgery… for now
Osbourne has also been hit with accusations that she’s gone under the knife, which she staunchly denied.
“I’ve not f***ing had plastic surgery,” she told the Sun. “The only thing I’ve had is Botox between my eyebrows so that I don’t have 11 lines, and in my jaw because I grind my teeth and it gives me crazy migraines.”
She acknowledged that people, including those close to her, have very obviously had surgical procedures and “look f***ing nuts,” but she isn’t one of them — yet.
“This is the face that God and my family gave me, and whether you like it or not, that’s up to you, but I’m alright with it.”
But would she consider having work done in the future? She confessed that if she ever gets a “chicken neck,” she’ll be “getting rid of it” immediately.
“And if my tits get a little bit lower, I need to get them lifted,” she added. “I wouldn’t get implants, though.”
