KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia opened higher on Monday, lifted by positive 2027 Budget sentiment and Wall Street gains on technology stocks and lower oil prices.
The FBM KLCI gained 3.34 points to 1,611.79.
The key index is expected to hover between 1,600 and 1,615.
In the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin rose to RM343,841.
Ethereum and Solana also climbed to RM10,416 and RM459.
