A perverted Maryland paramedic recorded himself masturbating and urinating into food, posting the disturbing footage to a porn site and resulting in his coworkers ingesting his bodily fluid.
Christopher Carroll, a member of the Baltimore County Fire Department’s quick response team, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for causing the ingestion of bodily fluids, stemming from at least three separate incidents, the Baltimore Banner reported.
Carroll, 36, had pleaded guilty to the three charges back in August, revealing he “wanted to be some sort of porn star” to make money off his depraved acts that allegedly began in September 2025, according to court records viewed by The Post.
The twisted medical professional posted at least 64 videos onto the paid-subscription adult kink site JustForFans, where he charged $7, the Baltimore Banner and WBAL reported.
A majority of the clips were recorded inside the fire department’s headquarters in Towson and a fire station in Pikesville, Md., leading officials to discover Carroll’s bodily fluids and DNA around the offices and inside an ambulance.
In one video, Carroll urinated into an ice maker before mixing the repulsive cocktail with a scoop, wiping himself with the tool and giving a thumbs up, unknown to over a dozen workers who later used the machine, WBAL reported.
“They always say don’t drink the yellow snow, but I’m just trying to make a slushie,” Carroll allegedly captioned the post, according to the outlet, citing court documents.
Carroll also masturbated into a coffee creamer bottle before returning it to the community fridge.
Prosecutors found Carroll ejaculated over a female supervisor’s keyboard, near where she ate breakfast and lunch daily.
Carroll also disseminated his fluids onto food cooked at the firehouse.
The fire department performed “hazmat cleaning” at all offices and stations.
The ice machine was fully replaced and several vehicles sanitized.
Carroll claimed his deep regret for the lewd stunts that spanned from September to December 2025.
“I’m truly sorry to everyone who has been involved. I’m absolutely ashamed that I caused so much hurt,” he said during his sentencing hearing, according to the Baltimore Banner.
Prosecutors blasted the twisted medical professional for his obscene acts.
“That is what this defendant brought to a community of people who only want to serve,” Deputy State’s Attorney Lisa Dever said.
One victim called out Carroll for betraying their trust in him for his own sexual pleasure
“(He) preyed on the very people who trust him most and chose to violate us for his own twisted gratification,” the anonymous victims said, the outlet reported.
Carroll was arrested on Feb. 4 and faced 23 counts related to his lewd conduct.
In August, the sicko struck a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty to just three charges of causing ingestion of bodily fluids.
He was handed a total of 25 years in prison, five less than the 30 prosecutors sought.
The sick paramedic had been suspended but remained employed by the county before his sentencing.
He worked with the fire department’s quick response team, helping people with mental health crises and drug addictions.
Prosecutors alleged there may be other victims in Carroll’s spree, as they accuse him of urinating into a fragrance dispenser at a doctor’s office before plugging it back in, CBS News Baltimore reported.
Another video allegedly captured Carroll’s two children in the background, according to the outlet.
