DRAMA CLASS: Filmmaker and actor Eva Victor, whose pronouns are they/them, is Loewe‘s latest brand ambassador.
They shot to international prominence last year with “Sorry, Baby,” which garnered a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Drama Motion Picture.
Written, directed and starring Victor in the lead role, the film also won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, and Best Screenplay at the 2026 Independent Spirit Awards.
Born in France and raised in America, Victor appeared in the television series “Billions” from 2020 to 2023 and will next be seen in “Behemoth!” alongside Pedro Pascal, Olivia Wilde and Will Arnett. The Tony Gilroy-directed drama, set in the classical music world, premiered earlier this month at the New York Film Festival and is scheduled for a theatrical release on Dec. 4.
According to Loewe, Victor has built a “body of work distinguished by sharp observation, emotional depth and meticulous craft.”
Loewe’s creative directors Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez lauded Victor’s “unique wit and vitality” that “embodies much of the instinct and imagination that informs our vision at Loewe.”
“There is a shared understanding that boldness is never arbitrary. It is intentional,” McCollough and Hernandez said. “Eva has a creative energy that refuses to stay still.”
Victor already appeared in two Loewe campaigns: a teaser ahead of the spring 2026 show and one for Crafted Collection Perfume in 2025.
“I feel euphoric about working with Loewe,” Victor said in a statement shared first with WWD. “Jack and Lazaro and the whole team create such fresh, sexy, vibrant, one-of-a-kind moments that inspire me to be bold and playful and energetic both in my filmmaking and in my life.”
