Anduril Industries is letting employees sell stock in a tender offer that values the defense technology company near $90 billion, according to Bloomberg.
Each share is priced at $94.80, and the offer's total value is limited to roughly $1.3 billion, according to Bloomberg. The offer opened Tuesday and is set to close Nov. 9, according to Bloomberg. An Anduril representative declined to comment, according to Bloomberg.
Current and former employees can take part, according to Bloomberg. For the first time, this tender extends to workers across 16 countries. Past rounds had been accessible only to those based in the U.S., U.K. and Australia.
Anduril has made tenders a regular feature for its workforce, according to Bloomberg. The practice has become more widespread as private companies delay public listings and seek ways to offer employees a chance to cash out.
Palmer Luckey co-founded Anduril in 2017. Its product line includes unmanned fighter aircraft, autonomy software, surveillance systems, and augmented reality headgear for military personnel, according to Bloomberg. The U.S. Defense Department is among its largest customers.
Anduril raised $5 billion in May in a funding round that doubled its valuation to $61 billion. Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz led the round. The company had been valued at $30.5 billion in a June 2025 round.
The company reported $2.2 billion in revenue for last year, roughly twice what it brought in the year before.
