There’s no shortage of pre-workout powders on the market, but the viral Grüns brand wanted to whip up something a little different — “something cuter, and way more convenient.”
Earlier this year, the brand expanded into the pre-workout category with Jüced Preworkout Gummies. These adorable, bear-shaped gummies come in an electric peach flavor and are designed to offer an easier-to-swallow boost for men and women.
They’re formulated to help support focus and physical performance without the crash, with just 75 mg of caffeine per serving for a smoother energy boost. A bag of 28 daily packs retails for nearly $74 on Amazon — a premium price tag for this type of supplement, but there are a few things that set this formula apart.
For one, Jüced Gummies are free of added cane sugar, a common ingredient in gummy supplements. Instead, Jüced uses allulose, a low-calorie sweetener found naturally in small amounts in figs and raisins.

Beyond the 75 mg of caffeine, Jüced Preworkout Gummies combine Cognizin citicoline and L-theanine to support focus and attention, alongside vitamins B6 and B12 to support energy metabolism and L-carnitine, which has been linked to energy production and exercise performance.
The gummies are vegan, gluten-free and free of artificial flavors and colors. They’re made in GMP- and NSF-certified facilities in the U.S., and third-party tested for safety.
As with any new supplement, be sure to consult your physician prior to use — especially if you have any preexisting health conditions.
