UniGrainCo Trading Zambia Limited has invited transporters to submit expressions of interest and quotations for the transportation of maize from Zambia to Zimbabwe over a six-month period. The company is seeking transport services on two routes, with deliveries destined for Bulawayo and Harare. Interested transporters should indicate whether their vehicles or services are suitable for bagged or bulk maize and provide pricing for the relevant loading points.
The designated routes are:

According to the tender notice, quoted prices must include all road tolls and transit costs. Official cargo clearing costs will be handled and covered directly by UniGrainCo Trading Zambia Limited.
Transport providers are required to submit proof of valid motor vehicle insurance, Goods in Transit (GIT) cover and vehicle registration documents. They must also demonstrate reliable fleet availability and tracking.
To support the processing of submissions, applicants should present their pricing in a table containing the following columns: number, loading point, delivery point, currency and price per ton. The submission should also clearly indicate whether the quotation covers bagged or bulk maize.
