Shabiki.com has officially partnered with Muthaiga Golf Club as the Title Sponsor of the Chairman’s Appreciation Month, reaffirming its commitment to supporting sports and creating meaningful experiences within Kenya’s sporting community.
The partnership, valued at Ksh.1.5 million, was officially unveiled during a media signing event held at Muthaiga Golf Club in Nairobi County.
The occasion marked the beginning of the collaboration, which will see Shabiki.com support the club’s Chairman’s Appreciation Month and its activities.
Speaking during the event, Shabiki Chief Operating Officer Abdi Wako said the partnership goes beyond brand visibility, highlighting the company’s commitment to being part of initiatives that bring people together through sport while creating opportunities and celebrating talent and achievement.
“This partnership is about much more than putting our name behind an event. It is about being part of a platform that brings people together through sport, creates opportunities, and celebrates talent and achievement,” the Shabiki COO said.
The partnership also reflects Shabiki’s broader commitment to supporting sports and the communities that surround them. Through its sports partnerships, the brand continues to explore opportunities to connect with audiences through experiences that are engaging, inclusive and rewarding.
“We have always believed in creating experiences that are engaging, inclusive and rewarding, and we are excited to bring that spirit to Muthaiga,” Wako added.
The sponsorship was formalised through a cheque presentation at Muthaiga Golf Club, marking the official handover and commencement of Shabiki’s involvement in the Chairman’s Appreciation Month.
As part of the partnership, Shabiki will bring its youthful and energetic personality to the celebrations through an experiential presence designed to engage golfers and guests.
The brand will create interactive experiences around the tournament, complemented by digital content and social media amplification to extend the partnership beyond the golf club.
The collaboration further strengthens the relationship between Shabiki.com and Kenya’s sporting community, while providing a platform for the brand to celebrate sportsmanship, competition and the people who make sporting events memorable.
With the Chairman’s Appreciation Month ahead, Shabiki.com and Muthaiga Golf Club are set to deliver a partnership that combines the prestige of golf with the fun, energy and engaging experiences that define the Shabiki brand.
