In a game full of injuries on both sides, the Washington Commanders are now down an offensive lineman. Right guard Sam Cosmi exited the Commanders game against the San Francisco 49ers after a chop block. He is questionable to return.
Here is a look at the hit that took Cosmi out of the game:

With Cosmi not in the game, Washington was forced to put Nick Allegretti into the game, who was benched back in Week 4 in their loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Allegretti has extensive experience at both guard spots and center, but was one of the worst offensive linemen in the NFL during his time with the Commanders this season.
In some good news, Cosmi just returned for the Commanders.
