‘Dog Days Are Over’ blared in Durrow’s village square, where Laois locals gathered to welcome home The Harps following their Laois Senior Hurling Championship win.
In Portlaoise’s O’Moore Park on Sunday, The Harps beat Camross 2-23 to 0-13, winning their first ever Laois SHC in the club’s 42 year history.
Locals gathered to welcome home the players in an emotional and jubilant celebration.
