Binance is removing two tokens from its platform. EPIC and QUICK are scheduled to be delisted on October 28, 2026.
The exchange made the announcement on October 14, 2026, which leaves holders exactly two weeks to decide what to do. Binance did not attach a public explanation, so traders get the date without the reason.
Two tokens, two very different stories
EPIC is the native token of Epic Chain. That project used to be called Ethernity Chain, and its token traded under the ticker ERN before a rebrand in early 2025.
Binance supported that transition with a 1:1 token swap, so every ERN converted into one EPIC. Trading on the EPIC/USDT pair then opened on Binance in March 2025.
QUICK is a different animal. It serves as the governance and utility token for QuickSwap, a decentralized exchange built on the Polygon network.
QUICK had already seen some changes on Binance before this. In June 2026, the exchange made adjustments to QUICK’s margin and futures offerings.
Neither token had faced a global spot delisting announcement on Binance until now.
What Binance has and hasn’t said
The announcement covers the essentials: which tokens are going and when. Binance did not cite liquidity, trading volume, or compliance concerns as reasons for the removal.
As of now, Binance has not published guidance on withdrawal timelines. It also has not explained how any remaining balances will be handled once the delisting takes effect.
The projects themselves have not offered public commentary on the decision either.
The broader Binance backdrop
The timing lands during a busy stretch for Binance on the compliance front. In October 2026, the exchange restricted access to 22 tokens for users in Brazil as part of regional regulatory measures.
EPIC and QUICK were not part of that Brazil action. There is no indication in the available material that the two removals are connected.
What this means for holders and traders
There is a structural difference between the two cases worth keeping in mind. QUICK is tied to QuickSwap, a decentralized exchange where the token can trade outside of centralized venues entirely.
EPIC, as a project token for Epic Chain, depends on whatever other markets and platforms continue to support it. Holders of either asset will want to check where else the token trades before the Binance window closes.
For now, the practical checklist is short. Holders should watch for any follow-up notice from Binance on withdrawals, monitor statements from the Epic Chain and QuickSwap teams, and decide on positions before October 28.
