Finvi, a revenue cycle and collections software company, named CFO Laura Granahan its CEO, effective Oct. 15.
Ms. Granahan has been Finvi’s CFO since 2024, according to an Oct. 15 news release. Since June, she has led the company alongside Executive Chairman Jim Lacy through an Office of the CEO structure, which her appointment makes formal.
She has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the military and the private sector, according to the release. She graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and became the first woman assigned as ship’s company to a Combat Logistics Force ship. She spent more than a decade in finance and business leadership roles at Staples. She went on to hold executive roles at Athenahealth, SharkNinja and Presidio. For the past decade, her work has increasingly focused on companies serving the accounts receivable management and revenue cycle management markets.
Finvi expects to announce more leadership and advisory appointments in the coming months, according to the release.
