As part of her quest to turn Kendall Toole from a “fitness hottie into a golfer,” Paige Spiranac had to teach the former Peloton instructor everything — including how to properly bend down to tee up a golf ball.
Spiranac, one of the Internet’s most popular golf influencers, shared the advice on Instagram earlier this week.
“Proper form,” she captioned the post, in which the two blonde beauties have some fun in the tee box.
In the clip, Toole — who was wearing a black skirt with shorts underneath — bent all the way down at the knees to tee up her ball, but admitted she felt a bit awkward doing so.
She asked if there was “a cute way to put the ball down without flashing everybody?”
Spiranac, who knows her fair share about golfing in revealing and somewhat risque outfits, offered Toole some advice, demonstrating how to bend at the hip while planting the tee and ball.
“That’s pretty cute,” Spiranac said of Toole’s attempt. “I like this. The little pop and lean.”
What is Paige Spiranac’s advice?
Toole approved of the strategy, saying, “Because I don’t like dropping all the way down.”

“No, that’s where we live,” Spiranac replied, bending forward at the hip.

Spiranac then joked that if Toole wanted to demonstrate the routine one more time, her “male viewers would really appreciate it.”
Toole played along, asking for a “slow mo” shot as she “dropped it down.”
“Wow,” Spiranac said. “Bend and snap work every time. Perfection.”
In the video posted last week on her YouTube channel, Spiranac hit the golf course with Toole, and the two had a good time.
“Kendall knows her way around the gym, but she is new to the fairways, so we started from scratch: Grip, stance, swing, the works,” the video description reads, adding that the “conversation got juicy (and a little spicy) along the way.”
Who is Kendall Toole?
If Toole looks familiar and you weren’t one of Peloton’s thousands of fitness enthusiasts, it may be because of a viral meme featuring the former instructor.
“Get ‘em banned, get ‘em banned, we don’t do that here ... now I’m pissed” Toole said in the clip while riding her stationary bike. “Find out who that is, get them banned … I ain’t the one baby, I take no disrespect.”

“Never been so proud to have said this in my life. We stand on business, get them banned y’all,” Toole said when asked about going viral for her reaction.
