It’s 2026 — and yes, you can have your GLP-1 delivered straight to your front door.
With the holidays coming up, big meals planned, family parties and photo shoots to attend, some people might be considering adding weight loss medication to the mix.
The use of popular GLP-1 medications, such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro, has skyrocketed in recent years. According to Gallup, roughly 28 million Americans use GLP-1 medications for weight loss, which is about 11% of the population.
And now, some companies are attempting to make access even easier for those who are interested. The tele-health platform Arbor connects people with board-certified U.S. physicians who can prescribe compounded GLP-1 weight loss medication online. If you’re not approved, you’re refunded.
All you have to do is start with a 90-second online health quiz and share your goals. After completing the intake form, you’ll undergo a brief online health assessment that takes about 10 minutes. Audio or video responses may be required. There’s no doctor’s office, no waitlist and no insurance needed.
As of now, Arbor offers two types of GLP-1 medications that help curb appetite and reduce cravings: compounded semaglutide from $99 per month or compounded tirzepatide from $149 per month. Both are offered in the form of weekly at-home injections.
And the best part? There are no surprise costs, even if your dosage changes over time. Plus, if you don’t meet your weight loss goal, Arbor will refund your costs. It almost sounds too good to be true — but that’s how Arbor operates, and they work fast, too. The GLP-1 medications ship free via FedEx, and Arbor says you can expect them at your door within 48 hours of approval.
Arbor
Over 10,000 patients have used Arbor, and the company reports a 94.6% success rate.
One thing that sets it apart from other companies is the full suite of services. Beyond medications, Arbor offers provider consultations and ongoing support throughout your weight loss journey.
Members have access to a dedicated dietitian who can build a nutrition plan around individual goals, which includes personalized macros, portion recommendations and even complete meal plans. There’s also a direct chat service if any urgent questions come up.
And, it’s not over when you’ve met your goals. When it comes time to transition off of GLP-1 medication, Arbor connects you back with your provider so you can make a plan to maintain your progress over time.
Arbor’s plans are also HSA/FSA eligible. Members can cancel at any time.
Arbor is a technology platform; medical evaluations are conducted by independent licensed providers who determine whether treatment is appropriate. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. Consultation requirements vary by state.
