HONG KONG: Action star Donnie Yen's 69-year-old mother-in-law, Jennifer Wang, has caught the internet's attention with her youthful appearance, prompting netizens to say she looks more like her granddaughter's mother than her grandmother.
Jennifer, the mother of Yen's wife, former beauty queen Cissy Wang, 45, recently celebrated her birthday.
Her granddaughter, Jasmine Yen, 21, shared a video of the celebration on Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu.
In the video, Jennifer appeared in a floral spaghetti-strap dress, showing off her slim figure as she posed alongside Jasmine.
Her youthful appearance and elegant presence quickly became the focus of online discussion.
Some netizens said the pair looked more like mother and daughter than grandmother and granddaughter, despite their 48-year age gap.
"Wow! Grandma is so young! She looks like she's in her 50s! Her figure and presence are great too," one netizen commented.
