Como will host Manchester United at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia in Italy on Wednesday, October 21, with kick-off set for 7:45 pm EAT.
German referee Sven Jablonski will take charge of proceedings.
Why Opta Supercomputer backs Como to win
Opta gives the Italian side a 41.7% chance of victory, compared to 33.8% for United, with the probability of a draw sitting at 24.5%.
Fabregas' side arrive in good form, having beaten Fiorentina 3-1 away from home in their most recent outing.
In the Champions League, they opened their campaign with an impressive 4-1 home win over RB Leipzig before falling 3-2 to Feyenoord.
With home advantage and a United side badly out of form, Como will fancy their chances of picking up three points.
Michael Carrick's United, on the other hand, have not tasted a win in six consecutive matches across all competitions.
Their last game ended in a 1-1 draw away to Leeds United, a result that did little to lift the gloom around the club.
One bright spot for the visitors is their historical record in Italy, where they have gone unbeaten in their last six Champions League away matches against Italian opposition, winning three and drawing three.
The two sides have never met competitively before, making this a historic first encounter.
Como will be without Assane Diao and Moise Kean through injury. Fabregas is expected to line up in a 4-2-3-1, with Douvikas leading the attack and Johanatan Rodríguez, Paz, and Baturina operating behind him.
United face a mounting injury list, with Lisandro Martínez, Manuel Ugarte, Kobbie Mainoo, Marcus Rashford, and Luke Shaw all unavailable.
Carrick is likely to field a 4-2-3-1 as well, with Mbeumo as the lone striker, supported by Amad, Fernandes, and Cunha.

Which coach is likely to replace Michael Carrick should he leave?

Conte has won league titles with Chelsea, Inter Milan and Napoli, and is available after leaving the Italian club over the summer.
