Oregon Ducks head coach Dan Lanning officially addressed the arrest of wide receiver Evan Stewart during his weekly press conference on Monday night, following the team's 17-14 win over the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
According to Lanning, the Ducks will handle any discipline for Stewart internally. Lanning declined to comment any further while the program continues to gather details on the situation.
Stewart, who did not play in Saturday night's game with an injury, was booked at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning on a DUII charge after being pulled over and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants. According to the Springfield Police Department, Stewart was lodged and later released.
Dan Lanning says that any punishment for Oregon WR Evan Stewart will be handled internally, and he will not speak on the matter any further.

Through the first six games of the year, Stewart was the leading receiver for the Ducks. He has 27 catches for 352 yards and four touchdowns. Depending on what the future holds for him, and whether or not he will miss any time stemming from this incident, Oregon is fortunate to have a deep room of wide receivers that they should be able to rely on in the coming weeks.
