MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. Moscow and Washington are currently managing to rebuild constructive and generally pragmatic dialogue at various levels, Russian Foreign Ministry Department of North Atlantic Affairs Director Alexander Gusarov said in an interview with the International Affairs magazine.
"It is encouraging that, following US President Donald Trump’s return to power, we have been able to rebuild constructive and generally pragmatic dialogue both between the leaders of our countries and between our foreign ministries," he noted.
At the same time, Gusarov stressed that the restoration of "constructive elements in Russia-US dialogue does not mean the automatic resolution of the numerous, deeply rooted and fairly systemic problems and disagreements that accumulated over the years under previous administrations."
