Dubai has a new golf destination to add to its list, and it comes with championship greens, practice facilities and beautiful views
Emaar South Golf Club has officially opened, bringing a new 18-hole championship golf course to Dubai South, close to Al Maktoum International Airport.
Designed by European Golf Design, the course stretches 7,278 yards from the black tees, offering a challenge for experienced golfers. There are also dedicated practice areas, including a driving range, chipping greens and putting greens, giving players plenty of opportunities to work on their game.
More than just a golf course
There is more to Emaar South Golf Club than its fairways. The new destination is designed to bring together golf, dining and leisure, making it a spot to visit whether you’re playing a round or spending time with friends.
The club’s facilities include a contemporary clubhouse, locker rooms, a golf shop and a restaurant planned to be operated by Maison Mathis. The wider development also includes plans for a par-3 course, offering a shorter alternative to the full 18 holes.
With open green spaces and sunset views across the course, it could also be a lovely spot to spend an afternoon outdoors.

The golf club is located within the Emaar South community in Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport.
