HONGSEONG — The South Chungcheong Credit Guarantee Foundation earned the top grade of "A" in both management evaluation and chief executive performance evaluation.
South Chungcheong Province announced on the 15th the results of management evaluations and chief executive performance evaluations covering the 2025 performance of its 15 affiliated public agencies subject to review.
This year's management evaluation covered 15 agencies, excluding the Chungnam Development Corporation, Chungnam Technopark and the Chungnam Sports Council. The chief executive performance evaluation covered those 15 agencies plus Chungnam Technopark.
In the management evaluation, the South Chungcheong Credit Guarantee Foundation was the only agency to receive the top "A" grade. Two agencies — the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency and the Chungnam Sports Association for the Disabled — received a "B" grade.
The credit guarantee foundation and the economic promotion agency posted strong results across the overall evaluation categories, including management administration and management performance, while the sports association for the disabled recorded the highest achievement rate in the management performance category.
The South Chungcheong Credit Guarantee Foundation was also the only agency to receive an "A" grade in the chief executive performance evaluation. Three agencies — the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency, the Chungnam Sports Association for the Disabled and the Chungnam Institute — received a "B" grade.
The province also included four regional medical centers in the management and chief executive performance evaluations. The medical centers, however, were not assigned grades, and their scores will be used only by the supervising department.
Based on the results, the province plans to provide expert consulting to strengthen the competitiveness of each agency and to draw up its 2027 evaluation plan reflecting feedback on improving each agency's indicators.
