Both the Inner and Outer lines are not running ahead of rush hour
Both lines of the Glasgow Subway have been suspended due to an issue with one of the trains at the depot.
Strathclyde Partnership for Transport confirmed via social media on Tuesday morning ahead of the morning rush hour that services on both the Inner and Outer lines had been halted due to a “failed train”.
A statement on social media read: “Apologies, Subway Inner and Outer Circles are currently both suspended due to a failed train in the depot.
“We are working to resolve this as quickly as we can. Updates to follow. Apologies for the inconvenience.”
