Vanessa Trump has delivered welcome news to her followers, confirming that she has come through her cancer battle and received a clean bill of health.

The 48-year-old, who was previously married to Donald Trump Jr., shared the milestone update through a video posted on the Instagram page of her eldest daughter, Kai Trump, on Friday, October 23.

In the clip, Vanessa revealed that her most recent medical tests had returned clear results. "And it came back clear, so I'm finally cancer-free," she said.

Nineteen-year-old Kai closed the video by pulling her mother into a warm embrace, capturing a deeply personal moment between the two.
Kai also took the opportunity to explain why the family had chosen to go public with the story.
"My mom was diagnosed with mammary gland cancer in April, so we thought we would share her story and how she was diagnosed and how she overcame it," she said in the video.
The post was released during Cancer Awareness Month, observed globally every October to champion early detection, raise awareness and rally support for those living with the disease.
In her Instagram caption, Kai noted that she had sat down with her mother and physician Dr Nicole Saphier for a broader conversation covering prevention and the value of catching the illness early.
A longer version of that discussion was set to be published on YouTube the following day, 24 October.
Vanessa had first spoken openly about her diagnosis in May, acknowledging how difficult it had been to receive the news and expressing gratitude for the backing of her loved ones and medical team.
By June, she confirmed she had spent roughly four weeks recovering from surgery and was preparing for the next phase of her treatment.
After Vanessa went public with her diagnosis, Ivanka Trump, her former sister-in-law and daughter of US President Donald Trump, offered a public message of support, wishing her strength and a speedy recovery.

Vanessa and Donald Trump Jr. were married from 2005 until they separated in 2018. Together they have five children: Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe.
Vanessa is currently in a relationship with professional golfer Tiger Woods, with the pair first linked in 2024 and their relationship publicly confirmed in 2025.
A source previously told Page Six that Woods remained a steady presence for Vanessa throughout her treatment.
