Oppo is working on faster launches for its new models in Europe – the Find X10 series launched in China a month ago and it arrived in Europe and in India earlier this week.
Are you interested in one of the Find X10 phones? Did your answer remain the same after you saw the prices? If you haven’t already, here they are:
| Find X10 (12/256GB) | Find X10 (12/512GB) | Find X10 Pro Max (12/512GB) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| UK | £1,110 | £1,250 | £1,500 |
| EU | €1,300 | €1,500 | €1,800 |
| India | ₹140,000 | ₹170,000 | ₹200,000 |
They are not cheap – keep in mind that an Oppo Find X9 Ultra (12/512GB) sells for £1,450 / €1,700 / ₹170,000. Now, Oppo has some pre-order perks, which help soften the blow a bit, but there’s no way to sugar-coat this: these are expensive phones.
Oppo Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max
You can check out our Oppo Find X10 Pro Max review (also on YouTube) for an in-depth look at the phone – we call this an Ultra in all but name. There are some issues, though. For example, the battery on European units is 7,150mAh instead of 8,000mAh like on Chinese and Indian units. Also, charging is not as fast as we would have liked given the 80W rating. There are a couple of other things (the speakers are weak for this price range and the Quick Button is gone), but the biggest issue by far remains the price.
The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is equipped with three 200MP cameras – a 1/1.3” sensor in the main, a 1/1.56” sensor in the 3x/70mm telephoto and a 1/1.56” sensor in the 13mm ultra-wide. The selfie camera has a 50MP 1/2.76” sensor.

The Pro Max is also powered by MediaTek’s top chipset, the Dimensity 9600 Pro, which outperformed the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in certain benchmarks, though cooling was only adequate.
The cheaper Oppo Find X10 uses the Dimensity 9600M instead. It’s a 3nm chip that is based on 9500 generation hardware, while the 9600 Pro is a 2nm chip with the latest Arm C2 CPU and Mali G2-Ultra NX GPU designs.
The cameras are the other major difference between the vanilla and Pro Max models. The X10 has a 200MP main (with a slightly smaller 1/1.4” sensor) and a 200MP telephoto (same 1/1.56” sensor size, but with a different 2.8x/65mm lens), while the ultra-wide camera has a 50MP sensor (1/2.75”).
The Oppo Find X10 only has two 200MP cameras
Also, the Find X10 is smaller with a 6.59” display (1272p+, 144Hz LTPO), compared to the 6.78” panel of the Pro Max (also 1272p+, 144Hz LTPO). Both phones have the same battery capacity (7,150mAh in Europe, 8,000mAh elsewhere) and the same charging (80W wired, 50W wireless).
It’s time for the question of this week – are you interested in an Oppo Find X10 phone? Which one?
Let’s do the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max first – this is one of the top phones of the next 12 months, but its price may be too much for many.
Do you think that the Oppo Find X10 offers better value for your money instead?
