Cardi B is having quite the Barbie birthday.
The performer, who turned 34 on October 11, shared the bright pink luxe accessories she’s gifted herself to celebrate.
“From Belcalis to Cardi B…a gift from me to me!!,” the rapper wrote on Instagram.
First up: an ultra-rare “Barbie” Rolex, which was sourced by jeweler Eric Mavani. Cardi thanked him “for searching all around the world” to find the piece — and it turns out she paid a hefty price.
The jeweler posted proof that the “Bodak Yellow” rapper paid him $2.8 million in two installments for the watch.
Sitting in front of a pink acrylic piano, Cardi was presented with the watch, sharing the video on her own feed. “There’s probably only 10 made in the world,” the jeweler told her as he removed the Rolex Barbie Daytona watch from its green case.
But the gifts didn’t stop there; she also purchased an Hermès mini Kelly in bubblegum pink matte alligator and a custom diamond ring.
While the price on the Kelly wasn’t disclosed, it has previously sold for $200,000 on the secondary market.
As for the ring, it’s a 7-carat natural marquise-cut diamond set on a shank that is also set with smaller diamonds by Pristine jewelers.
Fans were loving the eye-popping price tags. “Her haters can’t afford the box that watch came in. She worked hard she deserves everything she gets ❤️,” one person commented while another said, “A Libra ALWAYS gets what she wants! 🩷♎️🩷.”
Cardi is no stranger to big purchases.
In February, amid breakup rumors that swirled around her relationship with Stefon Diggs, she bought herself a $500,000 rainbow Audemars Piguet watch.
And in August she showed her followers a selection of new bags, ringing in at a grand total of almost $200,000.
Plus, a few months prior, she boasted about a parade of accessories including the “hardest bag to get” from Matthieu Blazy’s Chanel.
