KUANTAN: The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, has conveyed his condolences to the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V, and the Kelantan royal family, following the death of Datuk Tengku Rozan Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra yesterday.
The Tengku Ampuan of Pahang, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, also extended her condolences on the passing of the Kelantan Sultan's aunt.
According to a Pahang Sultanate Facebook post, Their Royal Highnesses expressed their sorrow over her passing and hoped that the entire Kelantan royal family would be granted fortitude and strength in facing this difficult time of grief.
"May Allah shower His mercy upon the deceased's soul, forgive all her sins and place her among the faithful and righteous," Their Royal Highnesses said.
Tengku Rozan died at 9.10pm yesterday.
