Three-ingredient Eet-Sum-Mor-style biscuits

Ingredients 

500g butter

1 cup icing sugar

4 cups flour

Method 

Beat In a stand mixture or use your hands to rub in the butter, cup icing sugar and flour.

Once it forms a dough, roll out into 1cm thickness and cut with a square cutter.

Line on a baking sheet and bake at 160°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
