According to the ministry’s advisory, the maintenance will begin at 9pm on Thursday and continue for 10 hours. The work forms part of efforts to improve the efficiency and reliability of the country’s water distribution network.
The disruption may reduce water pressure and temporarily affect supplies in Ardiya, Sabah Al-Nasser, Firdous and Ishbiliya. Residents and homeowners in these communities have been advised to prepare for the temporary interruption.
The ministry urged consumers to store enough water before the maintenance begins. Taking precautions in advance can help households and businesses manage their essential water needs throughout the outage.
