The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has established 43 citizen facilitation centres across 11 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) under a $46 million World Bank-funded project aimed at improving public service delivery.
According to an official document available with Wealth Pakistan, the initiative is part of the K-P Citizen-Centred Service Delivery Project, which falls under the social policy sector. The project seeks to make government services more accessible and improve the delivery of citizen-focused facilities across the province.
The project has reached 72% implementation, with completion scheduled for December 31, 2026. The World Bank is providing $46 million in financing to support the initiative and strengthen citizen-centred service delivery in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
