Real Madrid are back in UEFA Champions League action on Wednesday as they take on Jose Mourinho’s former club AS Roma away at Stadio Olimpico in Italy.
Heading into the game on the back of a 1-0 win over Villarreal in La Liga, Los Blancos will be intent on bagging all three points in Rome.
Ahead of the trip, manager Mourinho has released the squad list of players who will be at his disposal for the game against the Giallorossi.
As expected, Real Madrid travel to Italy with four players absent as Eder Militao, Rodrygo Goes, Raul Asencio, and Ferland Mendy continue their respective recoveries.
Mendy, even if fit, would not have made the squad as he has not been registered in the Champions League by Real Madrid this season.
Vinicius Jr., who will miss the next La Liga game after being sent off against Villarreal, is part of the squad and will be eager to redeem himself with a match-winning display against Roma.
Meanwhile, it will be a special occasion for Real Madrid defender Dean Huijsen as he will face the club where he previously spent time at on loan from Juventus.
