The New England Patriots are expected to be without running back TreVeyon Henderson after he suffered a high ankle sprain during Sunday’s win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Henderson, who ran for 22 yards on 4 carries and made 1 reception for 16 yards, could miss “multiple” weeks, but will not require surgery to repair the ankle.
Henderson suffered the injury following an 11-yard run early in the second quarter. He came up limping and was eventually ruled out for the rest of the game midway through the third quarter.
