Belagavi Sub-Registrar office shifted

The district administration has shifted the Belagavi Sub-Registrar office to the Deputy Commissioner’s office premises.

The new office started functioning on Monday. The relocation clears the existing site for the construction of a proposed five-storey administrative building that will accommodate multiple government offices.

The existing Sub-Registrar office building will be demolished to make way for the proposed five-storey administrative complex.

The plan is to bring various government offices under one roof, making it easier for citizens to access multiple government services at a single location, said a release.
