KUALA LUMPUR: Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd (Allianz Life) is expanding its agency network through recruitment and professional development initiatives to improve advisory capabilities and customer service.
The insurer said its 2026 Action Group Seminar & Recognition (AGSR) series brought together more than 3,000 agents and guests nationwide to recognise achievements, encourage knowledge-sharing and promote careers in life insurance.
Allianz Life chief sales officer Raymond Cheah said agents play an important role in helping customers protect their families, health and financial futures
"Through AGSR, we bring our agents together to learn, grow and celebrate their achievements, while inspiring more Malaysians to build a meaningful career where they can make a positive difference in people's lives," Cheah said in a statement.
The insurer said its "Recruit2Grow, Build to Inspire" initiative aims to attract individuals interested in entrepreneurship, personal development and leadership.
AGSR 2026 also highlighted the Allianz CEO Programme and Allianz Builder Club, which aim to develop new talent, strengthen leadership capabilities and support the long-term growth of its agency network.
The Allianz CEO Programme provides a structured pathway for high-potential individuals to become agency leaders, while both initiatives support the insurer's efforts to build a professional and customer-focused workforce.
Looking ahead to 2027, Allianz Life said it would focus on expanding its agency network, enhancing agents' capabilities and equipping them to provide protection solutions that meet Malaysians' changing needs.
