A Bengali Food Festival began at the Visakhapatnam-based ‘The Park’ hotel on Beach Road on Friday. The festival offers food enthusiasts an opportunity to savour the rich culinary heritage and traditional flavours of Bengal. Hosted at ‘Vista’, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, the festival will continue till October 31.
The festival features a specially curated spread of traditional Bengali dishes, signature fish delicacies, regional accompaniments and other popular specialities. The festival aims to introduce diners to Bengal’s culinary traditions through a selection of regional favourites, bringing together authentic flavours and Bengali hospitality. The buffet is available daily from 7.30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
