NEW GENERATION: Amiri is planning to dress the whole family.
The Los Angeles-based luxury brand has signed a licensing agreement with Brave Kid, the childrenswear division of Renzo Rosso’s OTB Group, for the production and distribution of the brand’s collections for boys, girls and babies. The first collection will bow for spring 2027 and will be available starting in November.
The lineup includes lightweight and comfortable pieces such as denim, sneakers and sportswear staples such as flannel check shirts. Hooded sweatshirts and jersey T-shirts showcase the brand’s signature “bones” embroidery, while the Amiri Hollywood and the MA crest logos appear throughout the rest of the collection.
The MA quad monogram logo is seen on varsity pieces. Crystal embellishments adorn styles for both genders. The collection introduces the first formal suit for boys, comprising a relaxed-fit five-pocket pant and a Western-style blazer.
The Amiri kids line will be distributed and available in select Amiri flagships and on its website, on Brave Kid’s website and in select childrenswear retailers worldwide.
Founded by designer Mike Amiri in 2014, the label opened its first European store in Milan last November, after establishing its European offices in the city earlier in 2025, marking the brand’s increased focus on the country and the continent.
In 2019, OTB took a minority stake in Amiri. Brave Kid, specialized in the production of children’s collections, includes in its portfolio labels under the OTB umbrella such as Diesel, MM6 Maison Margiela and Marni, as well as licensing agreements for brands including Dsquared2, No. 21, Max & Co., Balmain and Myar, a line created by the OTB founder’s son Andrea with products that are entirely upcycled.
