On Saturday, the connection was reportedly restored after several days of disruption following a meeting between US President Donald Trump and tech billionaire Elon Musk, whose company SpaceX developed Starlink.
The network is crucial to the Ukrainian army's operations.
"Monitoring systems show that Starlink/Starshield speeds are recovering. We are recording speeds of over 400 km/h, and the connection is stable," Defense Minister Yevheniy Chmara said in a statement.
