President Bola Tinubu has asked the Senate to approve the issuance of a 100.5 billion naira promissory note to reimburse the Yobe State Government for the construction of the Muhammadu Buhari International Cargo Airport in Damaturu.
The request follows a May 2023 Federal Executive Council approval, with the Bureau of Public Procurement recommending 100.509 billion naira as the reimbursement amount.
