Indianapolis Colts WR Josh Downs (hamstring) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Oct. 15.
Why it Matters: Downs should be ready to go in Week 6, but his production has been volatile to start the year. He had solid performances in both Week 2 and Week 3, but he was quiet in his other three games. Given his inconsistencies, Downs can only be considered a WR4.
