The crypto exchange giant Binance orchestrates a major strategic offensive on two fronts. While the BNB Chain has just completed the massive burning of over 1.64 million BNB tokens, representing nearly 1.2 billion dollars, the platform simultaneously unveils its trading AI (Binance AI Pro), designed to democratize the creation and automation of investment strategies through artificial intelligence.
In brief
- 37th quarterly BNB burn by Binance. BNB Chain has permanently removed from circulation 1,646,196 BNB, with an estimated value of $1.197 billion.
- Richard Teng announces the deployment of Binance AI Pro, a trading AI allowing creation and testing of strategies in natural language.
- The new BNB burn continues the goal of bringing total supply down to 100 million BNB, reinforcing the token’s scarcity in the crypto ecosystem.
- Binance’s AI-assisted paper trading tool allows crypto users to validate their algorithms without risking real capital.
Binance: Nearly $1.2 Billion of BNB Removed from the Crypto Market
In accordance with its quarterly Auto-Burn mechanism, the BNB Chain ecosystem has burned 1.64 million BNB tokens. Confirmed by Changpeng Zhao (CZ) and the Binance teams, this BNB burn operation amounts to exactly $1,197,000,000.
The protocol automatically adjusts the amount of tokens destroyed based on the BNB price and the number of blocks produced during the quarter. This ongoing reduction in the monetary supply aims to gradually limit the number of tokens in circulation until reaching the target threshold of 100 million BNB, thereby increasing the deflationary pressure on this major crypto market asset.
| Indicator / Metric | 37th Quarterly BNB Burn (Q37) | Impact on the BNB Ecosystem |
| Number of BNB burned | 1,646,196 BNB | Direct destruction of circulating supply |
| Total value destroyed | ~$1.197 billion USD | Massive deflationary effect on crypto supply |
| Remaining supply in circulation | 131,512,085 BNB | Progress towards the 100 million token target |
| BNB burn mechanism | BSC Auto-Burn + Gas Burn | Algorithmic and transparent reduction |
Richard Teng Unveils Binance AI Pro, the Trading AI at the Service of Crypto Investors
Alongside this financial operation, Binance’s CEO Richard Teng officially announced the arrival of the new trading AI called Binance AI Pro. Sharing his enthusiasm for this technological advancement dedicated to AI trading, Richard Teng said:
Excited to bring Binance AI Pro to our users. Build a strategy with your own words, see how it works, and test it with paper trading before deciding to go live. No coding or separate registration required.
This AI-based solution allows crypto investors to develop complex strategies simply by formulating requests in natural language (prompts). Binance’s tool instantly translates these instructions into executable algorithms, plans the scenario, and offers a simulation environment (paper trading) to validate the effectiveness of the AI trading strategy before any real capital commitment.
A Synergy Between Monetary Scarcity and Innovation
By combining the programmed reduction of supply through BNB burn with new high-value use cases like trading AI, Binance meets the expectations of both institutional investors and retail traders. The integration of simplified AI trading tools could furthermore stimulate overall activity in the crypto market in a very reactive context.
By burning nearly $1.2 billion of BNB and opening access to its Binance AI Pro tool, the ecosystem demonstrates its ability to combine monetary discipline and technological innovation around AI. Do you think the arrival of an integrated trading AI will sustainably transform the way individuals invest in crypto?
