Eminem has a verse on the song “Heal My Faith” on Kid Rock’s new album “Halfway to Jesus.” It has led fans to question the rapper’s political views, as he has previously expressed support for Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, while Kid Rock supports Trump.
"It's not about choosing sides, just choosing to make music with my old friend. I'm praying for all of us," Eminem writes on social media.
Eminem and Kid Rock both came up in Detroit’s music scene and were born in 1972 and 1971, respectively.
Kid Rock says in an interview with Billboard that the two friends rarely discuss politics.
