Inter host Fiorentina at San Siro in Sunday’s Serie A lunchtime game, with Francesco Pio Esposito and Marcus Thuram expected to start up front.
It kicks off at 12:30 CET [11:30 GMT] at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.
The Nerazzurri must cope without John Stones, Curtis Jones, Lautaro Martinez, Benjamin Pavard and Luis Henrique, while Fiorentina have travelled to Milan without Fabiano Parisi, Arthur Atta and Luca Ranieri.
Inter coach Cristian Chivu is expected to rotate his squad after last week’s Champions League match against Shakhtar Donetsk. According to Sky, Gazzetta, and other Italian sources, Pio Esposito will return to the starting XI, pushing Ange-Yoan Bonny to the bench, while Ivan Provedel is expected to make his debut in goal, replacing Josep Martinez, who has started every game so far.
Fiorentina will look to Radu Dragusin and Marin Pongracic at centre-back, but there’s a doubt between Christ Inao Oulaï and Marco Brescianini in central midfield. Mateo Pellegrino is favourite over Beto in attack.
