The attack took place near Hebron, Haaretz reports. Two people are said to be critically injured.
Two suspected Palestinian assailants were shot dead by the Israeli military.
The incident comes amid rising tensions in the West Bank, where violence by settlers against Palestinian farmers has increased. Last week, an American photographer and a convoy of European diplomats were also attacked in the Israeli-occupied territory.
