Flipkart Group reported an 18.2% jump in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹1.45 Lakh Cr in the fiscal year 2025-26 (FY26), up from ₹1.23 Lakh Cr in the year ago fiscal.
Meanwhile, its consolidated net loss narrowed marginally by 2.1% to ₹8,468 Cr in the fiscal under review from ₹8,646 Cr in FY25.
The numbers reflect the performance of the Flipkart Group as a whole, rather than the standalone financials of the Flipkart ecommerce marketplace. The financial results come after the Walmart-backed ecommerce giant completed its reverse flip from Singapore to India in March 2026.
The restructuring brought the group’s holding structure back to India, ahead of a potential domestic public listing. The consolidated entity includes businesses such as Myntra and Cleartrip, alongside logistics, platform services and other specialised operations.

“As part of its re-domiciliation to India, (the) Flipkart Group is publishing consolidated financial results under Flipkart Internet Private Limited. The results reflect the group’s performance over the reporting period for the year ended March 2026 and provide a historical view of the business rather than a current trading update,” said the ecommerce giant in a blog post.
On the operational front, the company said that its gross margins rose 23% YoY in FY26, while adjusted EBITDA improved by around ₹1,500 Cr during the fiscal. “Adjusted operating margin improved by 230 basis points, from -7.7% to -5.4%, supported by higher gross margins and lower overheads,” added the ecommerce major.
Flipkart also noted its adjusted operating business losses, before finance costs, tax, other income and exceptional items, narrowed by 17%, or around ₹1,600 Cr, during the fiscal under review.
However, this improvement in operating losses translated into only a marginal reduction in net losses. Flipkart attributed the higher net losses to higher finance costs, the derecognition of deferred tax assets recognised in earlier periods and certain exceptional items.

Meanwhile, the ecommerce major’s B2C arm, Flipkart Internet Private Limited, reported a 19.3% YoY decline in revenue from operations to ₹16,295 Cr in FY26 compared with ₹20,202 Cr in the year-ago fiscal.
