CHIPOKOTA Mwanawasa has left State House to take up a senior role in the private sector, State House announced Friday.
In a press release, Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka said Mwanawasa previously served as Deputy Head of the Presidential Delivery Unit, where she supported implementation of the Eighth National Development Plan.
Mwanawasa expressed appreciation to President Hakainde Hichilema and the Government of the Republic of Zambia for the trust placed in her and the opportunity to serve, saying she looks forward to continuing to contribute to the Grow Zambia agenda from the private sector.
The President thanked Mwanawasa for her contribution during her period of service and wished her well in her new responsibilities.
