Browns lose Teven Jenkins, get Grant Delpit boost ahead of Titans clash
Meanwhile, Jenkins’ placement on injured reserve represents a setback for Cleveland’s offensive line. The veteran guard will miss at least four games as he recovers from his back injury, forcing the Browns to adjust their interior blocking rotation.
Cleveland also received encouraging news regarding Delpit, who cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol ahead of Sunday’s matchup.
The veteran safety’s expected return strengthens a Browns secondary preparing to face a Tennessee offense that has struggled throughout the season.
Kamara’s elevation provides additional depth along Cleveland’s defensive front. The defensive tackle has received opportunities with the Browns amid injuries across the position group.
Cleveland will look to capitalize on its momentum after holding Baltimore to just 10 points last Sunday, securing another important divisional victory.
The Browns will host the Titans (1-5) on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on CBS, seeking their fifth victory of the season and an opportunity to maintain their position atop the AFC North standings.
