DDD dropped the challenger inside the first 17 seconds at the O2 Arena, and he continued to rain blows down on the Ipswich-born Wardley.
It follows his first victory over Wardley back in May, when Dubois won by stoppage in round 10 at the Co-Op Live Arena in Manchester.
The bout reached the second round here, but Dubois was always in the ascendancy, bullying his opponent and his corner into submission as the towel was thrown in.
More to follow.
