Citizen complaint
Upon clicking the ‘Citizen Complaint’ option, the email id of a user is fetched with the message ‘not shared’ displayed under it. However, this is not marked with an asterix — which is used for ‘required question’. Giving name and mobile number is optional. After selecting the type of complaint, people have to give location — an asterix is marked against these and complaint description.
