The match between Nacka FC and Syrianska will decide which team remains in Division 2 Southern Svealand next season.
"There is reason to believe that players or team leaders have been subjected to attempts to influence them before the match, so-called undue influence," the police write on their website.
Stockholm Police Region will have personnel on site during the match to observe and prevent crime.
Gambling fraud can result in a fine or imprisonment.
