Bermudian footballer Jakeem Jennings has been in impressive form since joining Borrowash Victoria in the Camper UK Premier Division South of the Central Midlands Alliance League.
The forward has made four appearances, scoring twice and creating two goals.
He scored in Borrowash’s 3-1 defeat away to Derby Singh Brothers and was named man of the match at the weekend.
“[I] came into a good Borrowash side with a group of lads that welcomed me from my first game,” Jennings said.
“This helped me get settled quite fast and build a good run of form in my first few games.
“I hope to build on this form to help the team win more games and reach my personal targets for the season.”
Borrowash are ninth in the standings.
Jennings, a former North Village player, helped Bermuda Under-23 win gold at the International Island Games in Orkney, Scotland, last year.
