Specialty coffee & brunch

Close to one of my favourite spots in Albufeira, Miradouro do Pau da Bandeira, Georgina Café is a lovely place for brunch or a coffee with a view. From here, you can look across the coast, from Praia dos Pescadores towards Inatel Beach.
The café has a terrace along its side and a few tables outside on the street. When we visited, the weather was beautiful, and people were out enjoying the sunshine. We sat outside, had a coffee and watched everyone passing by. We also really appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff was.

There is plenty to choose from on the menu, whether you are stopping for a full brunch or just fancy something sweet. The savoury options include eggs Benedict, salmon dishes and bagels, while waffles, crêpes, French toast and pancakes make tempting choices if you have a sweet tooth. There are also speciality coffees, iced drinks, smoothies and matcha.

Georgina has another café location in the Old Town, as well as pizza branches in both the Old Town and Albufeira centre.
Best for: brunch with a view, a relaxed coffee stop and watching Albufeira go by on a sunny day.
