(ANSA) - ROME, 19 OTT - Magistrates union ANM has said it will appeal after Premier Giorgia Meloni announced Sunday that she will not sign a decree giving Italy's judges and prosecutors a pay rise to comply with rulings by the Council of State, the country's top administrative court.
